This is the deepest end of the work — private, unhurried, and shaped entirely around what you need, whether that's an immersive stretch of dedicated time or ongoing support held alongside a cohort.

I take on very little of this by design. What I do take, I give everything to.

Every container here is built for the person in front of me — nothing off the shelf, nothing standardized. This isn't the usual way in. If it's right for you, you'll likely already feel that.
