1. Services + Scope

Resonant Knowing provides somatic education, voice coaching, group programs, workshops, and related services for personal development and learning.
These offerings are not medical treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or a substitute for licensed healthcare. Nothing shared is intended to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition.

If you have concerns about your health, please consult an appropriate professional.

2. Payment + Refunds

Group Programs / Courses

All group programs (including Elusive Voice) are non-refundable once purchased. This ensures a committed, safe group container. If you are unable to attend live sessions, replays are provided when applicable.

Workshops + Events

Workshop and event payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to another person with at least 48 hours’ notice.

1:1 Sessions

Payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Sessions changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Scheduling + Session Policies

Please arrive on time for sessions and group calls. Late arrivals cannot be extended.

For 1:1 and group sessions, you agree to:

• Show up with respect for yourself and others

• Maintain confidentiality of group members

• Refrain from recording sessions unless explicit permission is given

I reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, harmful, or violating the shared agreements—without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials—videos, practices, PDFs, modules, written content—are the intellectual property of Resonant Knowing.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Group members may not share replays or materials with non-participants.

5. Technology + Access

You are responsible for having the technology needed to access online sessions and materials. Refunds are not provided for tech issues on your end.

Occasionally, sessions may need to be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events. If this happens, a makeup session or alternative option will be provided.

6. Personal Responsibility + Consent

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being. Somatic and voice work can bring up sensations and emotions; you agree to participate at your own pace and stop or modify practices as needed.

You agree to notify the facilitator of any concerns, limitations, or relevant health conditions.

7. Confidentiality

Anything shared within a 1:1 session or group program is confidential.
You agree not to disclose other participants’ personal stories, process, or experiences outside the container.

8. Website Use + Content

All content on this website is for educational and informational purposes.
You may not use this site in any way that harms, interferes with, or infringes upon the rights of others.

9. Privacy Policy

Resonant Knowing collects only the information necessary to provide services (such as your name, email, and payment information).
Your information is never sold or shared outside of essential service providers (e.g., payment processors, scheduling systems).
