    Singing Circles

    IMPROVISED SOUND FOR REGULATION AND RELEASE

    These circles are not about performance.
    They are about expression.

    In this space, women and gender-expansive folks are held in collective sound — supported, witnessed, and free to express what is real.

    Through guided improvisation and layered vocal exploration, you will:

    * Regulate your nervous system through shared vibration

    * Express grief, joy, rage, fear, or tenderness without judgment

    * Experience what it feels like to be fully heard without fixing or critique

    * Build connection through resonance rather than conversation

    No solos.
    No pressure.

    This is a space to be held — and to hold one another — in what is alive.

    This is embodied voice as collective regulation — expression that nourishes rather than depletes.

    Elusive Safety: LGBTQIA+ Somatic Drop-In

    A QUEER-CENTERED EMBODIED PRACTICE

    Safety is not theoretical.
    It is felt — or it isn’t.

    This drop-in class centers queer bodies, queer experience, and queer culture in a time when many of our bodies and lives are under threat.

    Through somatic awareness and movement-based exploration, we will:

    * Rebuild internal safety from the inside out

    * Increase nervous system steadiness in activating environments

    * Practice inhabiting our bodies without bracing

    * Strengthen resilience through queer community

    This space is not about self-improvement.
    It is about reclamation.

    We move.

    We build capacity — together.
